I have some information I would like to share with you. To be able to capitalize your letters you will need to press the shift key before typing the letter. There should be an app built into the phone for unlocking when they are eligible. no app built into KaiOS for unlocking - that's an iOS/Android thing. you would have to contact ATT directly for this.
