In my opinion, you should only offer free shipping over $35 if you sell lots of small $$$ items or if you don’t care to pay for the shipping fee (I.e: you sell an item over $50+). Well for me all it does when websites have it is make me purchase less often so that I am more able to meet the minimum so that I'm not overpaying for shipping. So I'm annoyed by the free shipping. I don't see it as beneficial to me as a buyer.
