Never visit an ATM on the street without backup, unless you're in the new, store laden area. You can visit one inside the casino, but they charge outrageous rates.
WebAC is definitely not safe at all . Day or night. Especially off the boardwalk . Yeah they now have "ambassadors" on the boardwalk . Thay are not police or security. They give a false sense of security and try to hype AC to the tourists. Homeless, drunks, and crazys all over thruout boardwalk . Most are ok but some are aggressive & scary.
